Winter Training

I have this urge to keep on training hard, but I need to remember that my next race isnt until the end of April and I don't need to start a program yet. I will start the program Jan. 1st. Until then I will work in runs but work on a lot of cross training and muscle toning and not get worked up if I cant get in the miles each week.  I will still try to get in around 30 miles a week if I can but wont get upset if I am under a little.
