Intervals Last night 11/9/11

So I decided to do a new interval workout last night and wow was it great.
Here was my workout at VO2 pace with 200m RI:
1200m
1000m
800m
600m
400m
200m

This is def an awesome workout and I think after doing it another time I will step it up and start at 1600m and work my way down.
