11/7 Tempo Run----PR Night!

Came into this run thinking it would be an easy 3-6 mile run just to get back into the swing of things after running my longest run ever on the previous Saturday. But after a couple miles my legs felt great and I picked up the tempo. After 3 miles I really picked it up and kept pushing myself. Ending up running a PR on the 6 mile! Really gives you a confidence boost when you push yourself to limits you didn't think you could achieve.
