I am looking forward to running in a 10K with my friend Greg. This will be a good test to how well my speed work has helped my running. I am hoping to finish in around 50 mins which would be quick for me and def faster than a marathon race pace. But, this is also a good way for me to not feel so guilty about the turkey day food ill be consuming haha.
Remember, running is a sport where you are in full control of how well you do and what you are capable of.
